Anna-May is an Australian-based artist, mother, and teacher.

Her work is predominantly abstract and expressionistic, with inspiration drawn from her relaxed family-orientated coastal lifestyle. Anna combines traditional and non traditional materials to create textural, dreamy layers, with soft, muted colour palettes and neutral tones.

Each of her pieces tells a story; every symbol and brushstroke is curated to create visual mazes on canvas which capture special moments in time. She is particularly drawn to the visual articulation of motherhood and the evolution of a woman as she becomes a mother.
