Born in Puerto Rico and now living across Europe, Natalia Nicole Rodriguez creates expressive, abstract works that echo her deep connection to flowers and the natural world. Her process begins with the quiet observation of photographing blooms and botanicals throughout her travels before transforming them into layered memories of color, texture, and feeling.

Natalia's reverence for nature began in her grandmother’s garden, a lush haven of tropical plants that still lingers in her imagination and artistry today.

As time passes, change is inevitable. This new body of work, Beneath the Snow, Flowers Rest, reflects Natalia's personal journey of adaptation and self expression, inspired by flowers during wintertime. Beneath the snow, they rest, slow down, and transform in quiet ways. There is a sense of déjà vu within this cycle, a feeling of returning to something familiar while knowing it is never quite the same.
