Ilaria Antolini is an Italian multidisciplinary artist living and working in London, U.K. Ilaria received a BA in Interior Design from the Polytechnic of Milan in 2015 and an MA in Communication Design: Illustration from Kingston University, London in 2017. After her studies, Ilaria has been working and collaborating with the fashion, art, and event industries.

In her artistic practice, Ilaria is best known for her mixed media collages that combine two opposite poles of human nature: the human form as a fashion figure with its external likeness and the body as a shell for our deepest self and soul. With her practice, Ilaria aspires to identify the relationship between what’s inside us and how we communicate it through our outward appearance, investigating the relationship between the human body and clothing as a form of non-verbal communication.
