Nicole Anastas / Aura

Nicole Anastas is a Los Angeles–based visual artist whose work blends textiles, design, and painting. Beginning with hand-sewn canvases stitched from scratch, she builds dimensional surfaces with embroidery and handmade details before applying bold, monochromatic acrylic paint. The result is modern, organic, and vibrant works that transform structure and texture into a visual language uniquely her own.
