Port Credit

A sun-drenched home for empty nesters looking to make their space a sanctuary. Long term clients that have worked with Tacit over the course of several years, we had the pleasure of curating an expansive gallery wall for the entryway, as well as a focal point artwork for the living space.

The Result —

Familiar Fluidity

The goal was to the make the space feel familiar, warm, and inviting as both a home as well as a place to entertain. We apply various art curation tactics to ensure fluidity throughout the space — each vignette lives on its own while contributing to the greater energy of the home.

A Timeless Take

Trends and fleeting styles had no place in this home. The couple has elevated, refined taste — reflected in the mid-century interior style, vintage oil paintings collected over the years, as well as warm textures, patterns, and materials. The collection of art carried the same philosophy — pieces with longevity and long term love.

Mid-Century Magnetism

Teak wood, vintage collectables, and oak floors all emphasize the rich dynamism of the space. Drenched in natural light, we wanted the focal point to shine bright amongst this expansive, sophisticated space.
