This series uses contrasting texture and negative space to depict human posture. Neutral and muted blue hues are used to illustrate abstract figures in a way that is both relatable and inspirational. By Vancouver-based artist, Rachelle Warkentin.

We're definitely here for this — 30-second long hugs, the comfort of your favourite person, and moments of togetherness. Rachelle's artistic practice uses chalk and mixed media to illustrate her subjects. We love that it is abstract enough to be interpreted in whichever way resonates with you.
