Melanie Cheung / When Galaxies Collide
Melanie Cheung / When Galaxies Collide
Melanie Cheung is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Hamilton, Canada.
A Toronto native with twelve years spent in Montreal, Melanie’s breadth of experience includes working as a fashion designer for various large scale apparel companies. Her current focus is home textile product design, graphic design, and painting. For Melanie, painting has always felt like one of the purest forms of expression, often used as a tool to slow down. Melanie draws inspiration from unexpected colour combinations and textures from nature co-existing alongside the gritty urban landscapes.
