Igla, known personally as Bianca, is an abstract artist based in the Netherlands, originally from Maramureș, Romania. Her practice is drawn to rich, warm tonalities and fluid acrylics applied directly onto canvas, allowing pigment to move freely across the surface. Each work unfolds intuitively, building layers of texture and rhythm through chance and gesture. Guided by the material’s natural momentum, her process embraces spontaneity and transformation. The resulting paintings reflect an inner emotional terrain, inviting viewers to project their own meanings and experiences into the work.
